Catamaran Café

Under the creative impulse of Marion and Cyrille Mothe, and in keeping with the spirit of the place, the Catamaran is given a new lease of life, and becomes Catamaran Café.

Since 1986, this place of life and meeting punctuates the holidays of summer visitors fascinated by the Grande Motte, and its solar tropism, the big blue, and its poetry in colors, the garden city with a thousand curves, hollows, and reliefs.

Arcades hide behind the fragile constructions. Dear to Jean Balladur, and so unique, they have been forgotten.

Our project, in the existing space, wishes to put the flames back well ahead, under the Mediterranean, the sea of eternal summer.

Emphasis is placed on transparency, to free up spaces, and natural light, to punctuate the day.

To brighten up the plates, from breakfast to dinner, the offer revolves around Mediterranean cuisine, healthy, balanced, fine and tasty, made up of fresh and seasonal products, with a preference for fish and products from the seafood, poultry or white meats, mainly accompanied by sunny vegetables, herbs and spices, olive oil, fruit from the vine and the orchard.
